Quality and Environment

We rapidly deliver flawless products in accordance to terms agreed with our customers. The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality and Environmental Managements Systems cover our entire production including the work of each individual employee. Additionally, every product and its components are controlled using different quality measures before delivery to meet SFS-EN ISO 9001 Quality System and SFS-EN 729-2 Welding Quality System. This allows us to continuously ensure high quality and reliability of our products.

Palosaaren Metalli Oy has also been awarded Quality Certificates issued by Inpecta, Bureau Veritas, Marine Branch, Det Norske Veritas, FSI Russian Maritime Register Of Shipping and Registro Italiano Navelle. These International recommendations are evidence of our high quality production which meets with the demands of the ship building industry.

We also value environmental issues. Our complete workflow from raw materials to waste treatment follows the guidelines of SFS-ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
